Ben

Cofounder | Medical Director | Family Physician

Dr. Ben Hagopian is a board-certified family physician with a passion for integrative and longevity medicine. He earned his MD and Master’s in Public Health (MPH) from Case Western Reserve University, followed by family medicine training at Maine Medical Center, where he served as chief resident. Drawing on his background as a personal trainer, Dr. Hagopian pursued further expertise with a fellowship in integrative medicine at both Maine Medical Center and the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine.

In 2020, he founded his own direct primary care practice, combining traditional medical care with a focus on prevention and wellness. With a growing interest in longevity medicine, Dr. Hagopian has dedicated hundreds of hours to developing the medical component of the Longevity Maine program. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and dog, staying active, exploring Maine’s outdoors and culinary scene, and supporting the Boston Celtics.

Michael

Cofounder | Exercise Physiologist | Strength & Conditioning Coach

Michael Leary is an NSCA-certified strength and conditioning coach with a passion for helping people lead healthier, longer, and more fulfilling lives. His journey into fitness and health was deeply personal— having been really sick and hospitalized at a young age ignited a drive in him to pursue optimal health, not just for himself, but for his family and others who want to live life to its fullest. He is committed to making the most of every moment, and wants to help you do the same.

As a Masters Athlete, Michael understands the challenges of staying fit and healthy, especially as life gets busy with family and career. His approach is designed for people in their 30s, 40s and beyond, who have traded a bit of health for wealth and are now ready to take control of their well-being. With a degree in exercise physiology, years of coaching experience, and a lifestyle that revolves around training hard, he has learned how to help busy people achieve results without having to sacrifice everything else.

Michael believes in building strength, confidence, and resilience—both physically and mentally. Whether it’s through personalized training programs, improving your NEAT (non-exercise activity thermogenesis) with something as simple as increasing your step count, or tackling your fitness goals head-on, he’s here to support and challenge you.

When not coaching or training, you’ll find Michael outdoors, enjoying mountain biking, surfing, or going on adventures with his wife and kids. He’s all about having fun, pushing limits, and living a life that feels full and purposeful.

Nicole

Registered Dietician

Nicole Turgeon is a Registered Dietitian with over 10 years of experience helping clients to develop a healthy, realistic and long-lasting relationship with food and nutrition. She received her Masters from Central Michigan University, where she also completed her RD training.

Nicole is endlessly fascinated by the power that nutrition plays in both treating health conditions and ultimately optimizing health outcomes. She believes that educating clients on the interconnectedness of nutrition with all body systems helps foster an authentic relationship to food. This is a process that is often complicated and deeply personal.

Mindful nutrition is not only about reaching certain health goals, but improving quality of life. Longevity starts at the foundation, which requires an honest assessment of behaviors and meaningful habit formation.

In her free time, Nicole can be found at her local yoga studio, spending time with family and friends or with a good book.
